HOUSEHOLD STORAGE

Come by and visit our warehouse and we can explain to you the process that has made us the Number 1 household storage warehouse in Montreal! Household storage service is separated into three options:

1. Single Vaulted Storage. We store your goods in a secure fireproof room. Your goods are the only storage lot in the room and the room is kept under lock and key for added security.

2. Multiple Vaulted Storage. We store your good in a large secure room. This way, the Vault price is distributed between the clients in the room and the cubic feet of space that your good take. You are only charged for the portion of the vault that you are using even if you are the only client in the vault. This is a secure area and is kept under lock and key.

3. Compartmental Storage. We store your goods on storage floors with other goods. All the different storage lots are separated by disposable partitions. This ensured that the lots do not get mixed and you pay only for the actual cubic feet of space that your goods take.

4. Short Term Storage Area. We can store your goods on the vehicle that picked them up or unload them into this area. Goods unloaded into this area can be set off the transport and reloaded very quickly. The storage here is the same as no. 3 Compartmental Storage. Vehicle storage is dependant on the operational workload. Charges are accessed when goods are moved from short term storage to long term storage.

Access & Security

All of the storage areas are fireproof and are secure. There is no free public access to any of our storage areas. All visitors etc. must be escorted by Warehouse personnel. The areas are temperature controlled all year long.

Items can be added or taken from your storage lot with a minimum of 48 hours notice. In minor cases no charges are accessed. The 48 hrs notice can sometimes be waived depending on the workload of warehouse personnel. We do recognize that emergency situations do arise and we will do our best to meet your demands. We can pickup and deliver goods for you or you can arrange your own. No one may access your goods without written permission from you. This permission is checked against your signature that is on file for that purpose.

All your goods brought into storage are inventoried so you have a record of all items that are in our possession.

If your goods are going into Long Term Storage, tell us the seasonal items that you may want. We will keep these items forward for easier access and reduced access time.
